For each repository in [Repositories, one per line], report open pull requests older than seven days with reviewer, failing or stuck checks, branches with no commits in 30 days, open security and dependency alerts by severity, and the week's merge count. Rank the items that need a decision and open a task for each blocking one. Change nothing in the repositories.
